What We\'re Looking For

Cross River Bank is seeking a dynamic AVP, Product Manager – Online Banking to spearhead the development and evolution of our online banking experience. In this role, you\'ll build innovative products that harness the full capabilities of Cross River\'s proprietary banking core, delivering exceptional solutions to both business and personal customers. Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer needs and serve as a champion for our fintech partners Balance quantitative data with qualitative customer insights to inform product decisions Blend and balance product, design, creative, operational, and engineering perspectives, and be a valued partner to other teams in our company Provide context and clarity, and project influence across compliance, operations, engineering, and our leadership team Foster alignment among stakeholders on Online Banking vision, strategy, and shared ownership of results Partner with design and engineering to own an ambitious product roadmap—from 0→1 innovation to continuous improvement and scaling Navigate across product surfaces (growth, risk, core product) and platforms (mobile and web) to create a unified experience Drive accountability - hold yourself and others accountable in service of great work. Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles Proven experience building great software with responsibilities driving prioritization, timelines, and tradeoffs Ability to provide clear context, hungry for clarity and simplicity, and drive focus in dynamic environment with multidisciplinary teams Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic execution and a bias for action Technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers Successfully launched products on web or mobile platforms Experience with directly regulated products in banking, insurance, wealth management, or treasury at a growth-stage company Skilled at distilling complex problems into first principles Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and customer experience Energy and presence that elevates the team around you Preferred: Experience building online banking platforms and/or API-driven products Understanding of business banking segments (sole proprietors, small businesses, commercial clients) Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools Salary Range:
