Pay Range: $85 - $89/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Architecture: Design, implement, and manage foundational processes, communication channels, and project management frameworks across multiple teams.
Timeline Ownership: Develop and maintain detailed master work-back schedules, ensuring all workstreams (logistics, content, production, outreach) meet critical deadlines.
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Keep Sales and Marketing teams aligned by organizing working groups, tracking deliverables, escalating risks, and resolving blockers.
Internal Communications Management: Establish reporting cadences that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable updates to internal stakeholders.
Information Integrity: Maintain a single source of truth for all event documentation, workflows, and workstream updates.
On-Site Execution: Provide high-level oversight during event days in NYC, managing real-time changes and ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Key skills; Experience in Program Management
Experience in Marketing Event.
Experience in Event Planning
Experience in organization, communication.
