We’re looking for a highly creative, video-first content creator who lives and breathes visual storytelling — and who’s equally comfortable jumping in on broader creative needs when required. This role is perfect for someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and publish compelling video content while also supporting design, copy, and creative brainstorming across channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up visually, especially through short-form and digital video, while collaborating closely with marketing, social, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

Video & Content Creation

Concept, produce, shoot, and edit video content for social, web, email, and paid channels Create short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for performance and platform trends Edit longer-form video when needed (brand stories, interviews, explainers, campaigns) Maintain a strong visual and storytelling point of view aligned with brand identity Stay on top of emerging video formats, trends, and creative best practices Creative Support & Generalist Work

Assist with broader creative needs such as light graphic design, motion graphics, or visual assets Collaborate on creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content calendars Provide creative input on brand direction, tone, and visual consistency Support photo shoots, styling, or content capture as needed Help adapt creative across formats and platforms efficiently Work cross-functionally with marketing, social, and leadership teams Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail Take feedback well and iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in video content creation, social media, or creative production Strong portfolio demonstrating video-driven storytelling and editing skills Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar Comfortable shooting video (iPhone and/or camera-based production) Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, pacing, and visual cohesion Ability to think conceptually and execute independently Organized, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple creative hats Nice to Have

Experience working with brands or consumer-facing content Motion graphics or animation skills Understanding of social analytics and performance optimization Why This Role Is Special
