market‑owning Account Executive seat

designed for someone who wants to build a durable borrower book, develop repeat deal flow, and become the first call in their territory. The firm is dedicated to supporting the success of real estate investors by offering tailored financial solutions, cost-effective loan options, and exceptional customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a emerging market Account Executive, you’ll be given true responsibility, real upside, and the autonomy to run your market like a business Market Development & Borrower Acquisition

Build and own a borrower pipeline within an assigned market Prospect and engage real estate investors, fix-and-flip operators, and builders Generate repeat deal flow through relationship-driven outreach Run borrower conversations end-to-end: discovery, structuring, terms, and follow‑up Educate borrowers on loan programs, leverage, pricing, and execution strategy Position speed, certainty, and structure—not rate alone Pipeline & CRM Discipline

Manage a high-volume pipeline with precision using CRM tools Track borrower activity, deal stages, and follow-ups Maintain clean forecasting and reporting hygiene Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with underwriting and operations to move deals efficiently Coordinate internally to ensure fast turnaround and borrower confidence What Success Looks Like

Rapid ramp into active borrower conversations Consistent deal submissions and funded volume Growing book of repeat borrowers and referral-driven business Strong command of deal structuring, timelines, and borrower expectations Clear market presence and reputation over time IDEAL CANDIDATE DNA
