2+ years of experience as a professional designer Experience with RIP software Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of vinyl production equipment, including: Wide Format Printers, Laminators, Vinyl Plotters, Routers, Lasers Prior experience in the signage industry is required A portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative flair Responsibilities
Prepare Graphic Sign Packages/Shop Drawings Prepare Print Ready Files and Production Files for Router/Plotter Handle Heavy Materials for Loading Router and Rolls of Media on Printer Maintain cleanliness and organization of your working area Assist in maintaining company equipment Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign-making professional
