Join the Vitro team as a bilingual Social Content Creator. We are looking for a versatile, Spanish-speaking creative who knows the ins and outs of social media, is passionate about trends, and can write grammatically correct and authentically voiced Spanish and English. Traditional ad agency experience is not required; what matters most is your creative taste and your willingness to jump in and make compelling content.
This is a full-time, hybrid-remote position based in San Diego. It requires at least three days in-office (or on location) each week—often more as workflow and assignments necessitate.
Responsibilities
Partner with other creatives to develop short-form social media concepts (both paid and owned) across all channels for a variety of accounts
Craft culturally relevant content for Spanish-speaking audiences
Design, shoot, edit, or otherwise produce social media content
Work with Client Services to understand clients' needs and strategic requirements
Take direction from Creative Directors and craft/revise concepts accordingly
Stay on top of social trends and platform updates
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish; able to write in a pan-Hispanic or Standard Spanish dialect
A deep understanding of various social media channels and trends
A portfolio highlighting your social media work (personal and/or professional)
Design, writing, and conceptual skills
Some basic video production skills including shooting and editing social content
Nice To Have
Social community management experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma
Additional video production or post-production experience
