Heritage Auctions is seeking a strategic, data-driven Social Media Growth & Community Manager to own both the human and performance sides of our social media ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and engaging our online communities while also driving measurable growth, traffic, and conversion across organic and paid social channels. You’ll act as a bridge between brand voice and business impact—fostering meaningful audience relationships, optimizing content and paid media performance, and translating social activity into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is equal parts community builder, strategist, and analyst: culturally fluent, platform-savvy, and deeply comfortable with performance metrics. This role works closely with Social Media leadership, Creative, Editorial, Brand, PR, Marketing, and Consignment teams. LOCATION : South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Build, grow, and manage Heritage’s online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Serve as a primary voice of the brand—engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering thoughtful, positive conversation. Identify opportunities to spark dialogue, cultivate superfans, and deepen trust with collectors, consignors, and new audiences. Monitor sentiment, flag risks, and support reputation management in partnership with PR and leadership. Stay deeply plugged into culture, trends, and platform behavior to keep Heritage relevant and credible. Content & Editorial Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Social Media Content Managers to ensure content aligns with strategy, performance insights, and platform best practices. Maintain and contribute to the social editorial calendar. Translate performance data and community feedback into actionable creative guidance. Partner with Consignment Directors and internal experts to surface compelling stories and category-specific moments. Social Media Growth, Analytics & Reporting

Own end-to-end social media measurement across organic and paid channels. Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion. Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Meltwater, Klear, native platform analytics, and web analytics tools. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with clear insights, trends, and recommendations. Establish benchmarks and performance baselines across platforms, formats, and campaigns. Paid Social Strategy & Optimization

Partner with the paid social team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. Support budget pacing, performance analysis, and ROI measurement. Develop and execute testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative iteration, audience segmentation). Identify opportunities to scale high-performing content, formats, creators, and campaigns. Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Creative, Editorial, Brand, PR, Marketing, and Influencer teams to align goals and performance. Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure clarity and consistency in how social performance is measured and communicated across the organization. Requirements

Skills & Abilities

5–8 years of experience in social media, community management, growth marketing, analytics, or paid social. Proven experience managing and growing social communities at scale. Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and performance optimization. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Tools & Technical Skills

Experience With Meltwater (publishing, analytics, reporting, social listening, sentiment, audience insights) Klear or similar influencer analytics tools Native platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable with dashboards and reporting. Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks. Mindset & Strengths

Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives and recommendations. Strong communicator who can collaborate with creatives and present to executives. Culture-obsessed, platform-fluent, and trend-aware. Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple categories and priorities. Equally comfortable engaging with audiences and optimizing performance behind the scenes. Work Environment
