Key Accountabilities
Manage
a portfolio of asset based lending relationships, ensuring strong credit quality and compliance with risk, policy, and regulatory standards. Drive
client retention and portfolio growth through proactive relationship management and new business development. Lead
the closing process for approved transactions, including negotiating documentation and coordinating with internal partners. Analyze
financial statements, calculate key metrics, and perform projections and sensitivity analyses to support credit decisions. Partner
with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions and cross-sell deposit, treasury, capital markets, and wealth products. Recommend
account strategies and risk mitigation actions based on changes in client performance or market conditions. Represent
the bank at lender meetings, industry events, and community activities to strengthen the Associated Bank brand. Education & Experience
Required Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience. Proven knowledge of non-borrowing products and a track record of successful client relationship management. Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation. Preferred 7+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience. Prior experience managing asset based lending relationships and complex credit structures.
