Overview Get to Know Us: Ken Grossman started Sierra Nevada in 1980 with a hand-built brewhouse. We are committed to inclusion, sustainability, and storytelling across our brand. Get to Know This Role: The Content Creator is a social-first, production-forward creative responsible for developing high-quality video and static content that elevates Sierra Nevada's storytelling across integrated marketing channels. Based in Chico, this role is the senior creative counterpart to the Associate Content Creator and serves as the primary lead for longform video, advanced production needs, and high-impact creative asset development. This role owns full-scale content production—from ideation and scripting to directing shoots, filming, editing, sound design, and delivering polished long-form and mid-form video assets that support brand, social, digital, and integrated campaigns. In partnership with the Social Media Manager, Brand and Creative leadership, the Content Creator ensures Sierra Nevada's visual identity, craft story, and brand voice come to life with consistency, elevated polish, and authenticity. The Content Creator also manages the intake of content from the Associate Content Creator, shaping raw footage into cohesive stories and providing guidance, coaching, and creative direction as needed. This is an ideal role for a creator who thrives in a hands-on production environment, has strong technical expertise, and can balance nimble social-first storytelling with high-production, cinematic, longform craft narratives.
