The Adobe Workfront Fusion Resource will design, develop, deploy, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion as part of enterprise Workfront implementations. This role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy automation scenarios in
Adobe Workfront Fusion
to support enterprise workflow requirements. Develop and manage integrations between Adobe Workfront and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, AEM, Workday). Configure Workfront objects (projects, tasks, forms, statuses, custom fields) to support automated processes. Implement change management, version control, environment deployments, and scenario governance. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and maintain reliability of Fusion automation flows. Support user training and adoption, providing guidance on workflow best practices. Collaborate with project teams to capture requirements, scope solution options, and estimate effort. Required Skills
Strong grasp of Workfront data model, objects, workflows, and automation. Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, data transformation, and web services. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipeline workflows for automation deployments. Excellent problem solving, documentation, and cross-team communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios and resolve integration errors. Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Certification (e.g., AD0-E902). Previous experience integrating Workfront with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, AEM, Jira, etc.). Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of project portfolio management and resource planning workflows in Workfront.
