My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new six month plus Digital Marketing Project Manager opportunity available for a major firm with offices located in Midtown, Manhattan at Hudson Yards and Holmdel, New Jersey that could be of interest to you. The forty-hour work week schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote. The choice of onsite work location will be with the candidate, and he / she can work in either of the firm\'s office locations. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.
This is NOT an IT Project Management

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in operations, project or program management, campaign management, process improvement, or creative agency operations. Experience working within an in house or external creative agency environment, including managing the development of a full range of creative assets (print, digital, social, and video). Exceptional organizational, time management, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools and systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize high value work and iterate using data and testing. Hands-on, collaborative, “roll up your sleeves” approach. Ability to partner across the organization to drive alignment and operational excellence. Passion for making meaningful impact and contributing to a high performing team. Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management: Provide full scale creative project management support across cross functional teams driving strategic initiatives. Lead the intake and initial assessment of new projects, aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, deliverables, and resource needs. Partner with the In-House Creative Agency and Marketing & Communications leaders to develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing approaches. Manage day-to-day project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Coordinate with internal and external partners to gather requirements and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity, visibility, and accountability. Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to leadership. Risk, Quality, & Process Optimization: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks. Ensure all deliverables from the internal creative agency are high quality, on-brand, on-time, and within budget. Continuously evaluate workflows to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and elevate operational excellence. Team & Operations Support: Support the Project Management Lead, Enterprise Operations Leads, and Head of Strategy & Operations on operational and project related initiatives as needed.
