Overview Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Local Marketing Professional to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas. Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end omnichannel communication experience, ensuring alignment with customer experience and lifecycle needs Serve as the primary stakeholder and strategic advisor for new communication needs, providing orchestration recommendations across journeys and touchpoints Partner closely with Customer and Functional Journey leads to conduct journey analysis, mapping, and optimization Ensure communications are connected, consistent, and contextually relevant across the full customer lifecycle Own prioritization and governance strategy for all non-marketingcommunications Define and enforce business rules for communication logic, sequencing, frequency, design, and content continuity Conduct ongoing business assessments to identify new template needs and optimization opportunities Establish and manage a scalable email and SMS communications library, along with a corresponding CX playbook Define clear categories, use cases, and standards aligned to product, marketing, and customer segment needs Lead marketing requirements for communication initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external creative agencies Partner with agencies and creative teams on the design, build, testing, and deployment of email, SMS, and ad-hoc communications Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Marketing Technologyteams to incorporate new technical capabilities and platform enhancements Ensure communications are built to scale and align with future platform migration efforts Ensure high quality, accuracy, and performance of communications using responsive design, dynamic content, personalization, and advanced testing Apply industry best practices for accessibility, interactivity, and deliverability Support high-visibility initiatives spanning HTML emails, SMS, landing pages, web experiences, presentations, and data visualizations Desired Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant experience in CRM, communications strategy, or digital marketing Proven experience marketing to end customers in a B2B or enterprise environment Hands-on experience executing marketing and transactional communications across Email, SMS, and/or Direct Mail Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Benefits

$42.00 and $60.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
