We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Social & Brand Manager to own Elevate's social presence and build it into a leading B2B event brand. You'll drive social strategy across our primary platform, LinkedIn and YouTube, translate event goals into engaging content, and use performance data to optimize everything from awareness to long-term brand equity. Elevate is monday.com’s flagship global conference, hosting thousands of customers, partners, industry analysts, influencers, and decision makers each year. Recent editions brought together more than 5,000 in-person attendees across New York, London, and Sydney, alongside 35,000+ online participants. This is not a standard event role; Elevate is a high-profile, large-scale production that represents the company on a global stage. About The Role

Build the strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies for Elevate that align with event goals, audience priorities, and broader business objectives. Conduct market and competitive analysis across leading B2B events to identify opportunities to strengthen Elevate’s external presence and positioning Run The Organic Play: Plan and execute campaigns for launches, announcements, and key event moments Own Elevate's social content calendar for LinkedIn Lead creator collaborations and strategic partnerships that drive attendance, extend brand reach, and build community around Elevate Drive live and post-event coverage to maintain momentum before, during, and after Elevate Create and collaborate: Partner with video creators to develop social-first content that drives engagement Work with creative and brand teams to ensure content reflects Elevate's voice and visual identity Coordinate with PR, brand and paid media teams to amplify reach and follower growth Measure What Matters: Track and report on KPIs, including follower growth, engagement, and content performance Use insights to continuously optimize content formats, timing, and channel focus Stay current on B2B social and event trends, applying them strategically to Elevate Requirements

5+ years owning social channels for B2B brands (tech, SaaS, or event environments preferred) Proven track record building and scaling social presence using content and data Strong experience with LinkedIn as a core organic channel, both paid and organic strategy and execution Hands-on video editing skills with ability to create, edit, and publish social-first video content independently that drives engagement (including sizzles, highlights, event recaps, and scroll-stopping shorts) Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into measurable social outcomes Hands-on content creation experience, including collaboration with video and creative teams Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using performance data to inform decisions Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders What Monday.com Can Offer You

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $120,000-$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
