Social Media Marketing Manager
to help run and grow the social presence of our Barstool venues, including
Barstool Nashville ,
Barstool Sansom Street ,
Barstool Scottsdale , and other S&B venues as needed. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who gets nightlife, internet culture, the Barstool voice—and knows how to turn chaos into content. This job isn’t remote. It isn’t 9–5. It is nights, weekends, events, live music, packed rooms, and being in the middle of it all. What You’ll Do
Execute social media strategies alongside the CMO across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn Own day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content calendars across multiple high-volume accounts Collaborate and meet regularly with the on-site venue teams and corporate team on upcoming events, initiatives, and projects Capture and edit real-time content at venues, events, and activations (late nights required) Create scroll-stopping photos, videos, and copy that feel authentic, funny, and on-brand Assist in digital efforts including uploading information to websites keeping them active and current, curating e-blasts/SMS, and help develop full campaigns Engage with fans in comments, DMs, and mentions—always in the Barstool voice Track performance, pull insights, and help evolve strategy based on what’s working Other duties as assigned Bonus Points If You Can
Spot viral moments before they happen Balance creative instincts with performance metrics Juggle multiple brands without dropping the ball Think like a creator and a marketer What We’re Looking For
3 years of experience managing social media accounts (hospitality, nightlife, sports, or entertainment preferred) Strong content creation skills (photo/video capture editing) Confident copywriter who understands tone, humor, and audience Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok (you know what’s trending without being told) Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently Willing and excited to work nights and weekends Why You’ll Love It Here
