Junior Achievement is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to support the promotion and growth of its Learning Experience Product Line. This role will focus on executing marketing strategies for educator/district audiences, managing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement and adoption of JA’s educational offerings. Essential Functions
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for learning experience products. Coordinate and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, print) geared toward educator/district audiences. Create and tailor marketing content, including brochures, web copy, email templates, and social media posts. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights. Support product launches and updates with targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with education, product, and regional teams to align messaging and outreach for district/educator audiences. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. Manage relationships with vendors and creative partners. Contribute to market research and audience segmentation efforts. Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role, preferably within education, nonprofit, or product-based environments. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, and stakeholder communications. Experience with digital marketing channels, including email marketing platforms, social media tools, and basic SEO/SEM principles. Basic understanding of design principles and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce) Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar), with the ability to interpret data and apply insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and relationship-driven approach to working with internal teams and external partners. Experience in K–12 education or nonprofit program delivery Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Pay Range
Colorado Pay Range $54,000—$70,000 USD Benefits
