Overview The Marketing Officer is responsible for leading marketing initiatives, managing cross‑functional projects, and developing impactful integrated marketing communications (IMC) that strengthen brand presence and drive business results. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate strategic direction to internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans

that support business objectives and category goals.

Identify market opportunities

and propose innovative marketing approaches to strengthen brand positioning.

Lead the end‑to‑end execution

of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience needs.

Project & Campaign Management

Proactively oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.

Identify project bottlenecks in advance and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, creatives, digital, vendors) to address issues and drive results.

Monitor performance of campaigns and recommend data‑driven improvements.

IMC Development & Execution

Conceptualize and implement integrated marketing communications that are creative, relevant, and engaging for consumers.

Manage content development across digital, in‑store, and traditional marketing channels.

Coordinate with production teams and agencies to ensure high‑quality output and consistent messaging.

Brand Storytelling & Communication

Synthesize complex ideas, inputs, and feedback into clear, compelling marketing narratives.

Present marketing plans, creative concepts, and post‑campaign analyses to internal stakeholders.

Ensure all communications reflect the brand personality and resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

At least

2 years of marketing work experience , preferably in consumer brands, retail, F&B, lifestyle, or similar industries.

Experience in IMC development and project management is highly advantageous.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive results.

Excellent project management abilities; proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Ability to think outside the box and execute creative, consumer‑oriented marketing campaigns.

Strong storytelling skills—capable of translating strategies and agreements into clear and compelling communications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in working with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Location

California, USA (specific city may be added based on company assignment).

Hybrid or onsite setup, depending on company policy.
