Focused on bringing robotics solutions into mid-market manufacturing, logistics, and operations.

Their technology helps companies automate complex operational processes.

Unique positioning (and pricing model) in robotics hardware + software solutions for mid-market clients.

Works with operators, plant managers, and business owners in industrial environments.

The Role

Account Executive

– responsible for full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close.

Base around $80,000-$115,000 depending on Experience. OTE around $160,000-$230,000 + Equity

Low six-figure deal sizes

Selling mid-market solutions to decision makers: operations leaders, plant managers, and business owners.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, part of a growing GTM team - all together helping to build playbooks

Boston-based - 5 days a week

Who This Role Suits

Experienced AE in mid-market B2B sales with 2–6 month cycles.

✅ An interest in selling technical solutions into industrial or operational environments.

✅ Looking for high impact in a fast-growing, collaborative team.

✅3+ years in a closing role, selling hardware, or SaaS to more technical personas
