What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received free nights, assisting them in booking their trips
Utilize sales and customer service techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
Maintain a professional demeanor while providing informative and persuasive communication
Work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Participate in training and adapt to post-training scheduling needs based on business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work shifts that include weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Must be located within 50 miles of Orlando, FL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Familiarity with vacation ownership or travel membership concepts
