About the Role We are looking for ambitious, results-driven Jr. Customer Analyst to develop new B2B relationships and deliver cost-saving payment solutions to business owners. You will prospect new leads, engage with potential clients, and help them streamline their payment processes through Fortis’ industry-leading platform and services.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

– Create new business relationships via outbound calls and follow-up communication while nurturing a provided database of prospective B2B clients.

Client Engagement & Pipeline Management

– Build strong relationships, conduct product presentations, and provide tailored cost-saving solutions to business owners.

Needs Analysis & Sales Negotiation

– Assess client pain points, craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts with transparency and integrity.

Training & Development

– Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Who You Are

Highly motivated with a competitive spirit and strong work ethic.

Experienced in outbound cold calling and relationship-building.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Background in merchant services, financial technology, or payment processing is a plus but not required.
