Responsibilities

Develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities within ISVs serving public sector organizations

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level customers, understanding their IT roadmaps and driving the Snowflake solution

Challenge existing operations and propose solutions that align with customers’ digital transformation goals

Collaborate with marketing and partner organizations to create plans for revenue growth

Manage complex sales processes with a solution-based approach

Qualifications

10+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably in cloud, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS

Proven ability to develop, manage, and close relationships with CxO level clients in ISV organizations

Extensive network with decision-makers in the public sector and experience in building relationships with Economic Buyers and Executive Sponsors

Deep knowledge of how public sector organizations procure and implement technology solutions

Proven track record of expanding substantial business with public sector clients ($3m+ ARR)

Preferred Qualifications

Proactive and independent thinker with a high energy and positive attitude

Drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit to build a business from scratch in new customer fields

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
