Overview US Sales Representative (Climbing & Fitness Software) – CLIMBMANAGER

Location: United States (Remote)

Type: Full-time / Contract (depending on candidate)

Industry: Climbing Gyms / Fitness Clubs / SaaS / Access Control

CLIMBMANAGER is a modern management platform designed for climbing gyms and fitness facilities. We help operators automate daily operations, improve customer experience, increase retention, and manage access control – including 24/7 models. We are expanding in the US market and are looking for a motivated, independent, and relationship-driven US Sales Representative to take ownership of sales and partnerships across the United States.

Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to climbing gyms facilities across the US

Conduct online demos and sales presentations (Zoom/Google Meet)

Build strong relationships with gym owners, managers, and decision-makers

Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing

Cooperate with our product and technical teams to support onboarding and implementation

Attend and represent the company at industry events when needed

Provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap for the US market

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who understands the climbing gym market and can communicate confidently with operators.

Ideal Candidate

Has experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships

Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to decision-makers

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable with CRM work and pipeline management

Passion for climbing, fitness, or gym operations is a big plus

Experience selling SaaS or subscription products is a strong advantage
