Presidio Way Pet Hospital is seeking a Clinical Director (CD) who is as passionate about people as they are about pets. This is a rare opportunity to guide a high-performing, close-knit team while still doing what you love most — practicing exceptional medicine.

The Role: Clinical Director You’ll balance hands-on clinical work with purposeful leadership. Working alongside our Hospital Manager, Amanda Sloan, you will help shape the future of our hospital while supporting a team that truly values what you bring.
You will:
Lead clinical excellence and set the standard for patient care
Support, coach, and mentor DVMs and support staff
Foster a collaborative, positive, growth-focused culture
Oversee clinical protocols and ensure best-practice medicine
Partner with hospital leadership to drive strategy and operational success
Build trusting, lasting relationships with our clients and community
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of clinical experience
Strong surgical and diagnostic confidence
Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, and ultrasound
A natural communicator and relationship-builder
A growth mindset with the ability to inspire and uplift others
Above all, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our family.
$200,000- $220,000 ( 4days a week)
