Inbound Member Services Agent Join us in this exciting opportunity to become part of a high-energy team of sales professionals. Our Call Center is dedicated to providing superb customer service and support for Good Sam membership sales. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to succeed! Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting a variety of Good Sam memberships, with a strong focus on sales and upselling. Handle membership inquiries efficiently, ensuring every call reflects our commitment to first-class service. Process customer calls and actively seek additional sales opportunities for memberships and services. Educate customers by detailing the services and memberships available. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into successful sales. Update and validate membership accounts with accurate call and order information. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of experience in a professional call center environment with sales experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and listening skills are essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Basic computer knowledge with a willingness to learn in-house computer programs.
