
Overview
We are seeking experienced healthcare sales closers who can bring clinics onboard to use our services. This role is best suited for sales driven professionals who understand provider operations, healthcare reimbursements, and solution-based selling. The primary responsibility will be closing deals with clinics, delivering virtual or in-person demos, and building long-term provider partnerships. As a Healthcare Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting leads into clients, managing accounts, and expanding our presence in the medical community through strategic outreach and product demonstrations.
Duties
Identify, approach, and close new clinic partnerships.
Present and demonstrate our RPM, CCM, BHI, and PCM solutions
Conduct meetings with physicians, practice managers, and clinic owners
Explain reimbursement potential and program benefits
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Coordinate with our onboarding team after closing
Conduct compelling product demos to showcase the benefits of RPM, CCM, and BHI services tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and enhance overall customer experience.
Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and detailed proposals with Microsoft Word to facilitate decision-making processes.
Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organizational skills to ensure timely execution of sales pipeline activities.
Requirements Proven B2B healthcare sales experience (RPM, CCM, medical billing, EHR, or healthcare SaaS preferred). Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively. Experience with product demos and technical sales approaches tailored to healthcare providers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing follow-ups and documentation. Leadership qualities that enable guiding clients through the decision-making process confidently. Understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement models. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, RPM/CCM/BHI programs is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Lead Expectations Candidates with their own clinic leads or network are strongly preferred. Company-provided leads may be available, but self-generated opportunities are a major advantage.
Compensation 100% Commission-Based Role. High earnings per closed clinic. Potential for recurring commissions depending on account structure. Performance incentives for top closers. Candidate would get $1000 per succesful closer.
Ideal Candidate Profile Proven B2B healthcare sales experience (RPM, CCM, medical billing, EHR, or healthcare SaaS preferred). Understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement models. Comfortable presenting to physicians and healthcare decision-makers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month.
