designed for high-performing sales professionals who want
uncapped earning potential, elite sales training, and direct access to C-suite decision-makers . What You'll Do
Drive
net-new business acquisition
across mid-market to enterprise accounts Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close Build trusted relationships with
C-level executives and senior decision-makers Prospect and develop accounts with
50+ employees
within your assigned territory Maintain a strong pipeline through in-person meetings and strategic outreach Close new business and support clients through the go-live phase Maintain expert-level knowledge of a complex, enterprise SaaS platform Travel up to
25%
(including overnight travel when required) Compensation & Rewards
Uncapped commission 1st-year OTE:
$180,000 2nd-year OTE:
$412,000 Top 15% performers:
$800K–$1M+ annually Additional financial benefits include: $11,000 annual car & cell allowance Performance-based incentive trips Presidents Club (luxury retreat for top performers) Monthly recognition programs for quota attainment What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree (Business or Professional Selling preferred) Proven success in
competitive, fast-paced B2B sales environments Track record of
exceeding quotas and KPIs Experience managing
complex sales cycles Strong consultative selling, presentation, and closing skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset Tools & Skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage a high-velocity pipeline Benefits & Growth
