Overview
We’re a locally owned company growing and looking for a hungry, motivated BDR to help us connect with customers and build our sales pipeline. If you like talking to people, opening doors, and being part of a small team where your work actually matters—this could be a great fit. What you’ll do
Reach out to new/previous prospects (calls, texts, email, social). Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. Keep notes organized in our CRM. Learn our product and pitch it clearly and honestly. Work closely with ownership and sales leadership. What we’re looking for
Strong communication skills
(English required, Korean a big plus). Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection. Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented. Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. What we offer
