Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Support the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks to meet client needs. Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC. Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC. Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance. Process policy endorsements in EPIC. Create activities in EPIC and assign tasks to applicable team members. Order and manage loss runs. Qualifications/Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Work Experience
0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. Licenses/Certifications
State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe). Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Problem-solving skills with the ability to find common ground and resolve issues effectively. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently. Ability to work under the close direction of senior team members to achieve objectives and deliver results. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory. 1+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
