
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our Toyota and Lexus wholesale parts business. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with body shops, collision centers, and mechanical repair facilities by promoting genuine Toyota and Lexus parts, increasing market share, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow wholesale parts sales by visiting body shops, collision centers, and mechanical shops
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, service managers, and parts managers
Promote the value and benefits of genuine Toyota and Lexus OEM parts
Identify new wholesale accounts and re-engage inactive customers
Increase customer loyalty through consistent follow-up and service
Communicate pricing, and availability clearly and professionally
Collaborate with the internal parts team to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries
Track sales activity, customer visits, and opportunities
Qualifications
Outside sales experience preferred (automotive parts or wholesale sales strongly preferred)
Knowledge of body shop, collision, or mechanical repair operations is required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Proven track record
