Key Responsibilities

Administers the RFP response process and timeline for negotiated opportunities in collaboration with project teams and market sector leaders.

Oversees and/or gathers information needed to be responsive to negotiated opportunities, ensuring content is tailored to the client and the project.

Ensures brand guidelines are appropriately and consistently applied throughout the company.

Learns and maintains an understanding of Knutson’s evolving strategic plan and adjusts marketing content and support in alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Communicates and models the vision and values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork among employees.

Collaborates with marketing team members delivering inspired service for all Knutson Construction employees and departments while ensuring our external customers experience our purpose and values.

Generates unique ideas, concepts, images, and written content for use across all approved platforms.

Learns key processes such as RFP, RFQ, newsletter creation, and social media guidelines to assist with functional marketing activities.

Conducts special project research including partner marketing initiatives, content audits, and storytelling opportunities.

Provides marketing support to all Knutson Construction departments and locations.

Assists with coordination of and logistics for trade shows and events (internal and external) including messaging, reinforcement of corporate values, and development of collateral materials, ensuring alignment with brand-building objectives from the Marketing Business Plan.

Delivers The Knutson Experience (TKE), ensuring clients, design partners, trade partners and employees feel Assured, Inspired, and Appreciated.

Supports partner marketing initiatives across high-growth sectors (K-12, Life Science & Technology, Healthcare, and Higher Ed / Community + Government).

Collaborates with operations teams to encourage content sharing in alignment with strategic priorities.

Assists with CRM data integrity and updates for the 2026 CRM implementation.

Supports AI-enabled content creation workflows.

Responds to and completes all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Experience

Associates’ Degree or experience in related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is also considered.

At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Coordinator.

At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design with Adobe Creative Suite.

Proven capability in handling large RFP responses with multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to act independently.

Ability to create successful marketing collateral.

Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects.

Knowledge of marketing concepts including the ability to effectively communicate company services and competitive advantages.

Skill in presenting ideas, orally or in writing, with audience awareness.

Ability to edit written material by modifying grammar, punctuation, and style according to accepted rules while clarifying the original message.

Preferred Requirements

1-3 years of Marketing Coordinator experience specific to Construction Industry

1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Experience with social media strategy preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms or AI marketing tools preferred

Projected Minimum Base Salary per year: $61,000

Projected Maximum Base Salary per year: $96,000
