The Content Creator & Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in executing marketing campaigns. Their duties include managing social media platforms, running ads, researching market trends/proposing new ideas, compiling statistics, and creating marketing campaign content such as graphics, blog posts, and social media content. Full Time Education / Qualifications
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing Skills
Proficient with all social media platforms for business use (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) Knowledge about branding, visual creation, marketing campaign process, and overall content creation (video, writing, development). Creative writer (headlines, posts, etc.) and skilled at proofreading and editing. Ability to translate ideas into successful short-form video stories (content marketing/storytelling). Updated and well versed on social media trends and able to bring new ideas/campaigns to the table. Proficient in the Adobe Suite and/or other digital creative software (canva, editing software). Displays observational, analytical, and creative skills to effectively complete job responsibilities. Display leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with all team members. Uses good judgment to act responsibly and independently especially considering social media. Responsibilities
Create compelling and shareable content for digital platforms (from stock, provided by facilities, and taken himself/herself). Assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns. Propose new ideas and digital campaigns (and assist with execution) to complement the broader marketing content calendar. Assist in managing all social media platforms (schedule content, monitor engagement). Assist with other digital initiatives (website, blogs, email marketing, reputation management). Assist with print and graphics efforts. Perform all other Digital Marketing duties as assigned. Benefits
