Overview

Associate in the Account Transfer Service Department at the P2 level within Core Services. This role is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. Assist Morgan Stanley branches and E*Trade self-directed clients with transferring accounts/assets to and from other financial institutions, ensuring transfers are completed quickly and smoothly. Work to solve problems, ensure transfer documentation is in good order, and coordinate multi-million dollar transfers with contra firms. Field service phone calls from branches and ET service center personnel. Collaborate with other team members and teams on automation projects and system improvements. Engage in other job tasks as assigned within the scope of the Account Transfer Services department. Qualifications and experience

Must be able to think creatively to solve problems with a focus on client experience and providing a high level of service. Previous experience in a service environment and/or experience working directly with clients is desirable. Knowledge about financial institutions/markets and Microsoft Office is required. Further knowledge about automation tools or coding is desirable. What we offer

Salary range for the position: $51,000.00 - $82,500.00/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and may participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
