Close Leads:
Manage both pre-qualified leads and self-generated opportunities Conduct Inspections:
Perform roof inspections and create clear, accurate estimates Insurance Guidance:
Lead homeowners through insurance claims and project timelines Manage Installs:
Oversee the project from the initial sale to the final cleanup Collaborate:
Work closely with install crews to deliver on customer promises Customer WOW:
Focus on delivering exceptional service and building an "empire" of happy customers Required Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of sales, construction, or project management experience Licensing:
Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle Physical Ability:
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders to navigate roofs safely Commute:
Must live within 45 minutes of the 70816 area code Communication:
Strong verbal/written skills and consistent follow-through Availability:
Ability to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends as needed Value Alignment:

Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with slate, tile, metal, stone, or solar roofing solutions Certification Awareness:

Experience specifically helping homeowners navigate the roofing claims process Compensation & Schedule
Earnings:
