The Account Director is responsible for building understanding of client business and needs and leading agency team of integrated experts. Responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategy and communications programs that go across all relevant (paid, earned and owned) communication channels. Is a senior level client contact and builder of strong, lasting client partnerships. Essential Responsibilities
Understands client business inside and out Builds relationships with senior level clients and external partners Works in true collaboration style with agency specialists (strategy, creative, media, social, public relations, etc) Able to distill ideas into a strategic POV and recommendation Seeks growth opportunities Financial management responsibilities for both client and agency Mentors cross-discipline team Builds strong partnership with extended agency team Performs other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency Experience
8+ years of progressive integrated agency or related experience Key Competencies
Demonstrated ability to manage a team Excellent collaboration skills Able to make educated decisions and keep teams moving forward Self-confidence without ego Comfortable working with and learning AI tools to assist you in a variety of functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, with demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under tight deadlines Willingness to travel Why broadhead

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access. Employees can receive employer contributions to HSAs, FSAs, and Student Loan Debt Repayment benefits. We are an equal opportunity employer.
