In-House Sales Representative , you will meet directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to review their ownership benefits and present opportunities to enhance and upgrade their vacation experience. You’ll work in a high-energy environment supported by: Group sales presentations led by industry veterans Experienced team managers to assist with closing A proven sales system built for strong conversions and high earnings This is an excellent role for individuals who excel in relationship-building and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Responsibilities
Conduct in-person upgrade presentations with current Capital Vacations owners Build rapport, identify owner needs, and present tailored solutions Guide owners through the sales process and close upgrades Maintain accurate CRM and compliance documentation Collaborate with leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals What We Offer
