Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gulfport, MS. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting insurance products and services. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, developing personalized solutions, and collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction. The role may also involve participating in training programs and maintaining knowledge of State Farm products and services.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent support
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and drive business growth
Experience in Training and team collaboration to contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer and organizational skills to manage client accounts and records effectively
Licensure in insurance sales or a willingness to obtain required certifications (State Farm training provided)
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
