Regional Sales Manager
to support and grow their business across the Western United States. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing distributor relationships, expanding sales channels, and increasing product visibility in the municipal and industrial wastewater markets. The role is
primarily work-from-home , but it is expected that you will travel approximately
three times per month , with total travel potentially accounting for
50-70% of your time . From the home office, the position focuses on partnering with existing distributors while expanding new distributor networks, promoting high-efficiency pump products, and driving steady, long-term market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor & Channel Development: Build strong relationships with existing distributors and actively expand new distributor networks to grow market presence.
Sales & Business Growth: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and support strategic sales initiatives to meet growth goals.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support product demand and business strategy.
Customer & Consultant Engagement: Promote products through regular communication, site visits, and technical discussions with customers and engineering consultants.
Project & Reporting: Support project follow-ups, coordinate installation-related matters, and prepare sales/technical reports as needed.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the water treatment industry, preferably within the wastewater sector
Experience selling to municipal clients or public-sector organizations
Ability to work collaboratively with distributors and grow a regional sales network
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate professionally
Residency in one of the following states: TX, AZ, CO, UT, or NM
Ability to travel up to 70% (typically two–three trips per month, 2–5 days each)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
