
Overview
Base Salary: $70,000/YR & Commission average: $2,000-3,000/Month based on performance
Axos Bank is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM) who will lead all aspects of developing, managing, and maintaining a network of qualified franchises and select independent automobile dealerships in the assigned market territories. Daily tasks include customer contact, marketing, relationship building and customer service for auto lending products/services. The DRM is expected to independently and effectively manage their defined territory to achieve all assigned production, efficiency and profitability objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisees and select independent automobile dealership personnel to achieve the production, efficiency and profitability objectives of the assigned area of responsibility.
Promoting and selling organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory
Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
Preparing periodic reports of customer activity and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank
