Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives

to join our team. This role promotes products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space and is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. The role involves establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products, and coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in the assigned territory. Responsibilities

Deliver accurate product information, features/benefits and recommended utilization to healthcare professionals by phone Demonstrate advanced listening and decision-making skills Convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real-time Accept and apply coaching and feedback to improve performance and customer experience Handle multiple tasks, actively listen to caller needs, navigate the CRM, and provide accurate information on requested topics Maintain high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work Be flexible to meet fluctuating business needs Required Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Competencies: Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Sales Persuasion, Dedication, Perseverance, Ingenuity, Adaptability Preferred Qualifications
