We're seeking an accomplished

Director of Operations

to steer the growth of our warehouse operations within the Tech Sector-Business Unit of DHL Supply Chain. If you have a deep understanding of Data Centers and their supply chain dynamics, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be leading multiple distribution centers, each catering to specific customer needs. Your mission will be to cultivate strong relationships with clients, enabling DHL Supply Chain to be a critical player in their success. You will hold yourself to the high standards established by our organization, recognized as a leader in the industry. Your extensive knowledge of customer relationship management will be essential. You will be the vital link between our distribution centers and senior leadership, ensuring the success and continuous growth of your team. Responsibilities include: Fostering a culture of performance and accountability across your teams. Building and advising strong teams at each site, promoting professional development at all levels. Collaborating with various departments within DHL Supply Chain to drive performance. Structuring your business unit with entrepreneurial freedom to achieve outstanding results. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required. MBA or equivalent, preferred. 7+ years of experience within supply chain, required. 3+ years of progressive experience in strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation, required. Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function, preferred.
