Position Summary...The Staff UX Designer Experience Strategist- Conversational Design is a senior-level contributor responsible for leading design initiatives, setting creative direction, and delivering high-quality design solutions across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to execution for complex projects Develop and communicate design strategies and vision Analyze user feedback and live conversational data to identify pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement. You\'ll use data analytics to continuously refine the user experience, ensuring AI models evolve with customer demands. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of professional design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual, interaction, and/or product design Ability to blend qualitative insight (user research, workflow mapping) with quantitative rigor (experiments, data analysis) Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience Leading Design Projects And Mentoring Others Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards Design certifications (e.g., IDEO U Foundations in Design Thinking) and related credentials Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA) Benefits & Additional information
