Overview This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in either Bentonville, AR or San Bruno, CA. Duration: This engagement provides coverage for a parental leave, currently scheduled through August 26, 2026.

What You’ll Do

Lead Program Marketing Execution: Manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Product and Lifecycle Marketing programs, including the Marketplace newsletter and Marketplace webinars. Ensure all assets, graphics, and collateral are delivered on time and within spec.

Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between Strategists, business partners, channel partners, and the internal creative studio to facilitate design and production of digital and copy marketing assets.

Manage Complex Deliverables: Digest technical program specifications and translate them into actionable creative briefs, handling last-minute requirements effectively.

Drive Process Migration: Support the team’s transition from Jira/Asana to Airtable to streamline workflows and improve project visibility during the migration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Creative, and Operations teams, and key business partners across hubs (San Bruno, Hoboken, Bentonville) to align marketing efforts.

Requirement Gathering: Proactively obtain missing information from stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks and ensure the Creative team has what it needs to succeed.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for brand consistency across all physical and digital marketing assets.

What You’ll Need

Experience: 5–7+ years in Program Management or Marketing Project Management, with a focus on Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing in a B2B/Corporate environment.

Program/Product Savvy: Deep familiarity with product launch processes, lifecycle marketing terminology, and requirements (e.g., email segmentation, content personalization, campaign tracking, go-to-market timelines).

Systems Expertise: Proficiency in Jira and Asana; Airtable experience is a bonus as the team is migrating to this platform.

Adaptability: Ability to handle rapid changes, shifting deadlines, and high-pressure program execution with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail; ability to catch small issues before they affect output.

Communication Skills: Clear communication across time zones and office hubs, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.

B2B/Corporate Background: Experience navigating a large, matrixed organization is preferred.

Compensation The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.00 to $52.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
