Lead and manage roofing crews on commercial projects from start to finish
Ensure jobs are completed with the highest standards of safety and quality
Coordinate with project managers and clients to exceed expectations

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or similar leadership role
Expertise in single-ply, metal, built-up, and/or other low-slope systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to project sites as needed
