Senior Manager, Cybersecurity
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and operations for a global organization operating critical infrastructure, manufacturing, and power generation assets. This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on oversight across IT and operational technology (OT) environments, ensuring security, resilience, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs across IT and OT environments Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, and standards Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, including 24/7 monitoring and incident response Lead threat detection, threat hunting, and response efforts, including APT activity Manage cybersecurity technologies including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, and threat intelligence platforms Ensure compliance with NERC-CIP, SOX IT controls, and industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) Oversee third-party and vendor security risk management Lead regulatory audits and executive-level risk reporting Build, mentor, and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals Partner with leadership on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and zero-trust initiatives What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) 58+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience 3+ years of cybersecurity leadership or management experience Strong experience securing critical infrastructure or regulated environments Deep knowledge of NERC-CIP standards and compliance Hands-on experience with incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting Working knowledge of OT / industrial control systems security Strong executive communication and program management skills Ability to translate technical risk into business impact Certifications
CISSP (required) CISM (or equivalent management certification) NERC-CIP certification or demonstrated compliance experience (perf)
