Support post-sale digital campaigns from launch through completion, including setup, execution, optimizations, and reporting Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance Manage campaign revisions, trafficking updates, and ongoing quality checks to maintain accuracy and alignment with client goals Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery to identify issues early and recommend solutions Prepare and deliver campaign reporting, insights, and performance summaries to internal teams and clients Qualifications

Strong attention to detail in handling intricate orders, campaign performance, and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for clarifying questions with support teams and sales Familiarity with digital terms and products, including impressions, podcasts, and streaming Proven time management skills to balance workload and communicate turn-times Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and general software systems Preferred Qualifications
