by implementing best practices in
service and parts operations . Drive success , ensuring we become a leader in the market. Recruit, train, and develop
department managers and staff to create a high-performance team. Enhance the customer experience , ensuring exceptional CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty. Manage department budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets
to optimize profitability. Collaborate with dealership management and Volvo to stay ahead of industry trends. What We’re Looking For
Proven success in Fixed Operations leadership
(Volvo experience is a plus). A track record of
growing service and parts departments
in a competitive market. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to manage
service and parts operations
