What you\'ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
to support our paid growth team with day-to-day execution and optimization tasks. This is an ideal role for someone early in their paid media career who wants hands-on exposure to multiple platforms and a strong foundation in data-driven marketing.
Location
This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Support daily campaign operations across paid search and paid social
Perform ongoing search term reviews and negative keyword scrubbing
Assist with keyword research and keyword optimization
Help manage ad assets and creative requests in partnership with the design team
QA campaigns, ads, tracking, and landing pages
Pull performance reports and help maintain dashboards
Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies or opportunities
Support A/B testing initiatives and documentation of learnings
What you Bring
1+ year of experience in paid media or performance marketing
Basic experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in ad platforms
Data-oriented mindset with basic analytical skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to multiple paid platforms
Experience working with design or creative teams
Curiosity and eagerness to learn advanced optimization techniques
Compensation
Base Annual Salary: $77,000 - $97,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
