As a funeral preplanning educator (Select Producer) in the SE TENNESSEE (Dayton, Benton, Decatur, and Athens) area, you will meet with families in your community who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes, and you will walk them through the process of planning ahead step by step.
What You Will Do / Responsibilities
Meet with families to discuss prepaid funeral planning and assist them through the planning process.
Leads are provided from a variety of sources.
Represent Funeral Directors Life in the SE Tennessee service area and provide education and guidance on prepaid funeral services.
What You Will Need / Qualifications
Tennessee Life Insurance License (preferred).
Funeral industry experience (preferred).
Highly ethical approach to sales; proven track record of sales success.
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Comfortable with user-friendly sales software and CRM software; able to collaborate as part of a team.
Good planning and organizational skills; creative and innovative with initiative and ownership in the role.
Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits / What You Will Get
