Trade Marketing Manager
to join their growing team. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), salary in the
$125k-$130k
range and fabulous benefits. Responsibilities
Trade Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive North American trade marketing plans that align with global brand repositioning goals. Go-to-Market (GTM):
Lead the GTM process for new product launches, including the creation of sales kits, presentations, and sell-in tools. Sales Enablement:
Act as a key partner to the Sales team, providing them with the visual merchandising, training materials, and collateral needed to increase door-level sell-through. Visual Merchandising:
Oversee in-store promotions and visual standards to ensure a premium consumer experience across all retail touchpoints. Analysis & Budgeting:
Manage the category trade marketing budget and conduct competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications
