About the Role We’re looking for a highly impactful and results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to join the inforcer team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and display. You will be responsible for building scalable PPC programs, improving channel efficiency, and driving measurable pipeline contribution across key MSP segments.
What you’ll be doing
Own endtoend management of PPC programs (Google Ads/AdWords), including account structure, build, optimization, performance analysis, and reporting
Lead paid media across LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and display channels
Maintainchannel spend, pacing, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Build and manage ABM programs targeting priority MSP accounts
Align targeting, messaging, and conversion paths with Sales and Product Marketing
Implement and maintain tracking across PPC, paid social, landing pages, and funnels
Manage UTMs, pixels, conversion actions, and attribution reporting
Build dashboards that reflect pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency, and cost metrics
Create structured test plans across creative, copy, targeting, bidding, and landing pages
Conduct ongoing analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities
Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure message consistency and funnel alignment
Manage external agencies where needed, with accountability for output and performance
Evaluate and implement digital marketing tools and workflow automations
Support operational tasks as needed (e.g., landing page updates, QA of tracking, data cleanup, UTM frameworks)
