The Digital Marketing & Creative Services team supports OptiFreight® Logistics by developing strategy, delivering flawless execution, and continuously optimizing digital and creative initiatives tied to annual business goals. The team provides digital and creative thought leadership, subject-matter expertise, and end‑to‑end execution across channels. Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing & Creative Services leads the vision, strategy, and execution of digital marketing and creative operations for OptiFreight® Logistics. This role manages a team of subject matter experts across digital marketing, design, and copywriting to deliver best in class, omni channel programs tied to business goals and KPIs. Responsibilities
Leadership & Vision Partner with downstream marketing and business stakeholders to develop and execute digital, content, and copywriting strategies aligned to business priorities and audience needs. Lead planning, deployment, and optimization of digital and creative campaigns across: Email marketing Paid social Paid search (SEM) Organic social SEO & web content optimization Sales enablement and business‑required content Programmatic and native advertising Ensure consistent alignment of content, messaging, and tactics across all channels and requestors. Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute end‑to‑end campaign strategy. Apply critical thinking to prioritize initiatives that deliver high‑performance results. Support SG&A budget planning and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Strengthen relationships with internal partners by demonstrating the value of omni‑channel marketing and bringing forward new capabilities. Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Ownership Serve as the business owner and internal SME for Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot); certification required. Manage platform capabilities, new feature enablement, and technical guidance for teams. Translate marketing needs into platform configurations, automation workflows, and campaign logic. Align Salesforce and Pardot Connected Campaigns to multi‑channel marketing initiatives; experience with multi‑touch attribution and influence modeling preferred. Support lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, automation rules, assignment/handoff logic, and partnership with LQM and Sales. Maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, as applicable). Recommend and manage field mapping, sync settings, and data alignment between Salesforce and Account Engagement. Build and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS. Create and manage dashboards and campaign reporting to measure performance and ROI. Creative Services Serve as steward of Cardinal Health and OptiFreight® Logistics brand standards. Lead a team of designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality content that supports campaigns and business needs. Facilitate creative reviews, provide feedback, and oversee editing processes. Build and manage a project intake system to facilitate workflow, resource allocation, and prioritization. Team Management Establish team expectations, processes, and documentation to ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery. Implement workflow processes and intake guidelines that support workload balancing and prioritization. Set goals and KPIs for team performance, spend optimization, and campaign measurement. Oversee multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously with strong project management rigor. Create and manage creative briefs, SOWs, and agency partnerships. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement optimization opportunities across tactics, channels, and processes. Partner with analytics teams to analyze performance metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and inform new strategies. Advocate for digital and creative services best practices and process improvements. Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and platforms and provide recommendations for adoption. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred. 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing or related areas preferred. 5+ years leading a digital marketing and/or creative services team preferred. Experience in healthcare marketing, agency environments, or product management preferred. Required technical proficiency: Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) — certification required Salesforce.com CRM Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo) Paid Social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) Workflow/project management tools (Workfront, Hive, etc.) Web analytics and data visualization tools Microsoft Office Suite Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Collaborative, proactive, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
